Collaboration for Better Outcomes
Complex educational, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs are best addressed through a coordinated team approach. I partner with therapists, psychiatrists, physicians, school professionals, attorneys, and other providers to help families identify appropriate educational and therapeutic resources.
My role is to complement the work already being done—bringing specialized knowledge of schools, treatment programs, levels of care, and community-based services while maintaining communication with the professionals who know the individual and family best.
Building strong relationships with clinical professionals is an important part of my work. I take the time to learn about each provider’s areas of expertise, treatment approach, and the types of clients they serve best. This allows me to thoughtfully connect families with trusted professionals who align with their specific needs, personalities, and goals—creating a more cohesive team and a stronger foundation for progress.
I value the expertise and established relationships of referring professionals and work to preserve continuity throughout placement, treatment, transition, and continuing care.
